How to achieve true exp table and exp gain?

    Hi. I noticed default exp gain system is a little bit odd, why?
    Let me begin with that I use HIME's Exp Table plugin but without this plugin default RMMV exp gain looks like this

    When actor levels up his currently gained exp remain untouched and required amount of exp is increased and here is the think! Actor's exp on levelup should be set to 0. Next thing, I tried on Level Up event reduce actor's exp to 0 value (both with custom script and event decrease actor's exp but this caused my hero to set level to 1!
    So I wanted to ask is there a plugin / fix for this exp?

    the experience pile is total.
    when you're max level, max experience, your experience is 100%.
    any point in between, you're at a percentage of 100% experience.

    the actor's experience on level up is [(experience for level) - (acquired total experience)]

    I know how it works by default, but I'd like to change it.

    I think could use SRD SuperTools to edit what is shown, no need to change how the exp/level table works. Instead of showing the full exp, do it the full exp - last level requirement.

    if that is the case (a simple display) you don't need a plugin at all.
    just change the way the text is displayed in the status window by sending the total experience to a subtraction and returning the result.
    the original code itself already uses that function, you just reverse it.
