How to add notetag to SSG Character Shadow plugin?

This is a plugin that adds shadows to all characters. It's a good plugin, however, it is lacking one essential feature, and without it, the plugin isn't worth using IMO. 


I am requesting an edit to this plugin to include notetags, so that you can remove shadows from some events that,  in reality, wouldn't cast shadows.
