RMMZ How to add persistent 'flavor text' in battle?

Hi all, I'm new to RPG maker and have an extremely bare understanding of coding, trying to learn by doing... I want to know how I can have a line of text display at the top of the battle screen (where it says 'Turn 1') that persists for the player's entire turn and only goes away once they have made all their actions for that turn. I've figured out how to display a text window at the end of the enemy's turn using the battle event page, but I want a line of text without the blinking arrow that appears at the start of the player's turn and stays there until the start of the enemy's turn, then reappears when the player's next turn starts. Apologies if I've over-explained this.

I have VisuStella MZ Message Core installed, if I need to use that to make this happen.

I am uncertain whether you are asking someone to make a plugin that does this, or if you're already getting into the code and need some assistance (it sounds like the latter). I don't think Message Core will do this, as that's not a message - it's an entirely new window.

I'm having toooo much fun designing the new MP (Mental Psyche) system. I've only worked it out for enemies so far, but it's fun to stun them, then go after their MP and delete them instead to farm for better item drops.
