How to add wheelchair to generator

I had found someone with a wheelchair sprite for use in a game as seen here under humans. My question is how do I add this to the generator? Please help as I have a character I'd like to add to my game who needs his wheelchair

I don't think u can put that in the generator. I made the character and put it in the wheelchair by Photoshop, making some changes,but you can find some easier way that I don't know
