How to change Editor language?

Im using Rpg maker mv 1.3 standalone version, and there is no locale folder or file in it

There has been some confusion, but I can now give you a tested solution.


There is no Locale file, because you have to create it - without it, the editor will automatically select the windows language.


This means you need to create a notepad file named Locale (WITHOUT a .txt behind the name, you'll need to display filetype extension and then remove the txt to create the file)


Inside that file you have to place two letters for language setting as described in this topic:

Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
