How to change the controller layout?

I like to know if there is away to change the controller layout in RPG Maker MV? I would like to setup my own button layout or have the player changed to what they would like.
Is there away of doing this or is there any plugins that could help me out?

Yanfly's Gamepad Input Plugin. It adds an option to the options menu that will let you reconfigure a game controller.
