RMMZ How to change the screen to our liking?

I just used RMMZ a few days ago and had the idea to make a game with a vertical screen. It's just that I had some obstacles, especially when it came to adjusting certain parts of the screen. My limitations in knowing the JavaScript programming language make this even more challenging. especially when it comes to dealing with plugins, because I'm currently trying to use Visustella.
I hope you can help me who still needs to improve. I also apologize if I'm still a beginner in this matter, including in English which is still messed up. Thank you.

Hello. It's rather hard to tell if you ask me, because your resolution is rather weird. Is it suppose to be for mobile game? I think you should swap X and Y then. All these additional text and windows comes with Visustella's plugins for sure, these first one are called "button help" if I remember correctly, it's in Visustella Core plugin (99% sure) -> Qulity of life? Or windows?
