How to changing transparent background color?

Using RPG Maker MV.

As I said in the title I need to know is there a way to change the transparent background which is Basic Black.....I need to know is there is a way to turn that white??

Yes I could put a solid white image setting it as a parallel event but I'm afraid that would interfere was other parts so I was looking for an easier way.

PS. It's not easy asking and searching questions through your phone because internet decided to shut down -_-

The Windows frame and colors are defined by the picture window.png in your projects system folder.
Check the help file for learning what is what in that picture.

Okay I found the image with the window. PNG

But what do you mean by help file?? The only thing I can think of is the help option when the game is running that has contents and tutorials.... If you mean in the context and tutorials what would I be looking for to show me what I need?

PS. Ugh I just screwed up my transporting on all my maps now I have to go through every transporting event on every map to put them going in the right direction I have 30 Maps to go through :,(

The parallax background in map edit!!!! or just parallax background option you can set in an event which I didn't know there was one.
Plus I was only using the parallax background in the "1" map that was for the title screen...and since its been a year coming back to the project I forgot about it lol
