How to completely change the intro

You know how in the beginning of Earthbound Beginnings the game starts up with two title screens and the splash screen?
I'm trying to emulate that for my project. However I couldnt find or create a working script that would achieve this. How can I fix this?

There's this script.
I haven't tried it out myself but it seems to allow several picture before the title screen.
