I'm a Windows user and I want to offer my players a Mac version of the game.

My game's episodic, and the first episode had a problem for Mac users where they couldn't save; I've just been told the second one has this problem too (this wasn't too big an issue in the first episode as it's only 30 minutes or so long, but the second game is ~4 hours).

I've seen a few guides to it on this forum, but the instructions are phrased in a manner that suggests you actually need to be on a Mac in order to carry them out. I need a method which can be performed on a Windows PC.

So... What extra steps do I take, purely using a Windows PC, to create a Mac build that allows the end-user to save the game?

Hate to bump, but does anyone have an answer for this?

Right now it's preventing a Mac release of my second game.

You need to make the mac build on a mac. It's a restriction apple put in as they want you to make games for mac's on macs

About a year ago you asked (HERE) about a plugin that would let your players create skills in-game. I would have responded sooner if I'd seen your post sooner, but I believe THIS is what you were looking for (if you're still looking for something like it).

Finally, the custom pause menu is basically finished.
In the top center the current quest stage is displayed,
in the top right the current area (highlighted yellow on the map).
The location marker shows where exactly in the area you are
and the arrows that show where you can go to the other areas are now animated.
Took me the whole day to give it the authentic 90s aesthetics ^^ "
