How to create custom state "Auto Heal"?

I need to make a state I wanna call Auto Heal in RMXP but I cannot seem to figure it out like instead of draining your HP like poison, HP will heal %1 per step like Regen in final fantasy.

Most probably you'll have to request a script - XP doesn't have the same features as Ace...

Oh I thought I could do it like making the spell heal by somehow throwing it in reverse but I guess I can't ><
