I'm encountering a weird problem.

I made item Orb: Heal
Equiping of it Grants Heal to user as long as they are wearing the Armor.  But look at this screenshot... It adds Additional  "Magic"
It happens if you already have Magic type skills.  Regardless of if you had the skill prior or not.

So when ever I decide to equip more than one Skill granting item it will add Magic group for each though they list all of the skills on the same Magic (all of them)

This is a big problem in my game, as I wish to be able to use Skill granting Armors and Weapons to enrich the other classes.
I hope someone hows how to change this.  Because it makes my game look horribly stupid with the extra useless duplicate menu options

No, you misunderstood the game mechanics.

Each skill has a skill type and an actor needs to have both the skill type and the skill to use it.

In this case it adds magic because the skill type of the skill you added is "Magic".

If you don't want that, I suggest you make a new skill type "Equipment Skills" or something like this, give the skills that skill type (or make a copy with a new skill type if you want the mage to use the same skill), and have all equipment not only add the skill but also add the skill type.

The new skill type will be listed when the item is equiped but not otherwise (unless you also include it on some actors or classes).

Yeah but then when I have 2 or more "Equipment Skills" or what not... It will list it each time per item.
(I'm using plugin to add Shoes, 2 Additional Accessories, and Aura slots.) So I'm guessing by you saying this. That there is no real way to fix this currently. I'm just stuck with an ugly game mechanic because I want to have vast skill types and vast skill granting equipment.   (Thanks for your response!)

No - there is only one skill type, that means only one line for that - and the skills will all be listed under that. To get skills under different topics you would have to give them different skill types.

Theoretically you could use a command manager script to change the battle commands, but most of those scripts focus on actor-based changes, not on equipment based changes. However, you might want to check the plugin database to see what options the command managers have.

Couple hours of work. Might use in my game as a secret find or something. Not sure. Fancy though no? :D
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
