Ok so, basically I have a script that can make an event flash repeatedly. Problem is, if I set the event to autorun the character can't move, so I'm looking for a way to get the event to run automatically without having the player to touch it or use an action button on it.

If the event is only to trigger the script and only needs to do it once, set it to autorun, then have in the autorun event to turn Self Switch A on, and then have a second event page that is used when Self Switch A is turned on.

If you need it to do it every time you enter the map, have the last thing in your event be the Erase Event command, instead.

If the hints above are not enough for you to solve the problem, we need to see what exactly you're talking about to give more detailed help.

So please screenshots of the event if this isn't solved.

so hopefully tomorrow i get to go home from the hospital i've been here for 5 days already and it's driving me mad. I miss my family like crazy but at least I get to use my own toiletries and my own clothes. My mom is coming to visit soon i can't wait to see her cause i miss her the most. :kaojoy:
Couple hours of work. Might use in my game as a secret find or something. Not sure. Fancy though no? :D
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
