How to get custom message boxes?

I've never attempted to switch out the message boxes before from the default blue box to something custom, I haven't been able to find anything on how to do so and was wondering if anyone could inform me how to go about that? 



I've seen Galv's stuff, the way they are positioned is fine for me, but I don't know where to begin when it comes to importing new ones.
