there might be a loophole with using funding platforms, if you set up a contract in writing specifying that you're to be paid at that platform, via "donation".
those platforms can be set either as a business or charity entity (nothing illegal there), and a contract can be written with one of the parts as a business (you).
I don't think anywhere in those platforms is it stated that you can't set up an account or campaign for one specific job.
of course, you'll have to give the contract to the client and let them read it, and they have all right to call bullshit on that.... nothing you can do there.
and... you have to pay the lawyer.
another way (and, I can't believe both me saying this, AND, it being legal!) would be to set up an onlyfans account.
seriously... they have protection measures to track any content you upload there, and you can use an alias.
nowhere in their terms of usage does it specify what kind of content you are required to upload. *wink*
