Again. Item 6.7.1 is much broader than merely software. It remains to be seen how Russia defines asset ripping. But if you're interested in discussing the finer points of Russian law vis-a-vis Western law go ahead.The other portion mentioned proposed making it legal (I have no idea whether it passed) to violate intellectual property by reverse engineering a design or product. Again, ripping assets is not that.
