How to have a signature link to a thread

Hey how would I have a banner in my signature link to my thread? 


I didn't know so I put the link underneath but I wanted to have it link to the thread


How would I do this

I have both the things in my signature if that helps

You can paste the image or use the "Insert other media" button to add an image and then double click on it to add the URL.

The banner was done by Terrorchan but Nariko and Magic Tale are (c) to me

I also got the idea from here how to insert image into signature. Though I am totally new into this forum but it's really helpful for me.
