Kind of a weird question, i know.
I've seen it as an easter egg in a few games where you get a switch, save the game, and exit back to the main menu and the dialogue will change.
I've tried to get it working with self-switches and normal switches but so far it's only going up to the first page, and then just constantly brings me back to the main menu without playing any of the other dialogue.
Sorry if this explanation is confusing, i'll try to clear anything up if anyone needs me to.

Here are the event pages:

Not sure what you mean - there is no dialogue on the menu, and if you have event pages conditioned by switches/self switches, they will change while you're still in the game - you don't have to exit to the menu to see it.

All your pages have conditions, so none of them will be active until switch 2 is turned on.

There is no need to turn on a switch AND a self switch on each page, or have each page conditioned by both. Use one or the other. And as long as you want to progress from page 1 through to page 4, you also don't have to turn any switches/self switches off - unless you want to reset the whole thing.

If you have some plugin that lets you change the title screen, maybe you should say what it is.

And if the above doesn't help you, please explain how you want this progression to run - in what order do you want things to happen?

To have something changed based on actions outside the savefile specific game, you'll need data from outside that reference frame. So what you want to do cannot be done by basic switches or variables, no matter how complex you try to trick.

Depending on what exactly you want (as already< said your description is a bit confusing) at minimum you'll need something called "persistent switches/variables", and most probably a custom plugin.
But it cannot be done by regular event commands at all.

Well, what i meant was having dialogue play as soon as you enter the game, then it forces you to save the game, and then kicks you out to the main menu. This dialogue would change if you kept re-entering the game. Every time it would force you to save the game before booting you out to the main menu though.

I was thinking it would work as if you were pushing someone to do something, but then they would refuse and kick you out of the game into the main menu.
Some games I've seen have this cycle as days instead of booting you into the main menu though, with dialogue changing every day. (For example, in "The well speaks to me" https://michaela-thisten.itch.io/the-well-speaks-to-me)

As I said above the key problem is leaving the game (as in going to the title) - having something changed ingame based on a time system is easy in comparison.

You could exploit the fact that some data is not included in save files, e.g.
Otherwise, as mentioned, consider a plugin, e.g.

In the end I choose near over shoulder resembles RE4. Tight close window better. The correlation between battleback, monster style and battler should also be observed and merged.
Upgraded my avatar to be cuter.
