How to keep the Game.app instead of Index.html? (Mac)

Hi, I want to send a small demo I made to someone. On my computer, the deployed folder has the credits file, and then a Game.app. However, when I put this folder into Dropbox, it changes the Game.app into a folder. I found that inside the folder, with the Index.html file the game can be played using the browser. But what I want is the Game.app, not a browser game. I want it to open in a window, the same way it does for me, not on a browser. How do I so this? I haven't found any answers anywhere.

RPG Maker MV generates HTML5 games by default. You cannot change it. Game.app works like an exe on Mac and should be left alone. Make sure to install it in applications.

It seems the answer was to zip the folder before putting it into Dropbox. When I did this, the Game.app file stayed as it was, even when I put the zipped folder into Dropbox and downloaded it on another computer. I couldn't unfortunately test if it works, since the other computer is too old and slow to work properly, but I assume opening the Game.app file would run the game the same way it does on my own computer. I hope. I'm just going to send the zipped file and hope they can open it just fine.
