How to lower all sounds at once?

There's the option to lower bgm, bgs, SE and ME individually... but is there a plugin that allows you to lower all of them at once?

Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
