How to make a dungeon?

Hello!

I'm really new with VNM and I wonder how can I create a dungeon.
I'm trying to do something like a first person dungeon where you can look up to the 4 directions but it seems to be really hard to be made.

Does anyone have some idea or something to begin with?

I already watch this video and is not exactly what I'm looking for.
What I'm looking is something similar to the dungeons in Moero Chronicle.

Also, want to add random encounters which I don't know if will be possible.

I see. Thats too technical for me I'm afraid. However, I am pretty sure it's possible, but you may end up needing to code or need a plug in or something. I'm not yet familiar enough to say whether it's possible with only eventing.
However, I hope someone can answer your question, I'd love to find out how it goes.
In terms of "random encounter", does that mean like with battles?

I actually want to do something kind of similar, but I didn't intend to have encounters be random though.... And its not battling.

AAAwww I know nothing about code or plug in creation
I found how to do it using Ren'Py but I'm sure that option won't be valid with VNM.
And yes! When I said random encounters I meant random battles but sometimes they won't be battle, just some events or so... at least that's the idea.

I'll keep looking for a way to do it! If I find something will let you know
