How to make a resturant game?

Hey!
How would you make a restaurant game in VX Ace?
I'm looking for anything you can help with from the following.

1. Making various cooking stations
2. Making recipes Actually I figured this out.
3. Customers wanting random food.
4. How to give customers the right food?

I'm making a game similar to this with "Therese Preps a Meal".
Although I'm making it with MV, VX Ace has similar capabilities as it in terms of eventing so perhaps when it is complete you can get some inspiration. Just telling you ahead of time though, it is a LOT of eventing to do. I found a tutorial but unfortunately apparently they require scripting which won't be the same for VX Ace. :/
