I just finished making my custom tileset but there's one problem.. when I place it over an object it just replaces it. For example, if I place a lamp in front of a window that's also larger than the lamp the window disappears. I was wondering if there's a way to fix this so that the 'lamp' (as an example) doesn't replace the object behind it.

(It doesn't replace walls, if that helps, and I have it under Inside > D.

You only get one layer for all objects on tiles B-E. So, you either have to use an event as an extra layer, or re-position your tiles a little. :)

EDIT: Why do Graphics A1-A5 not show up in the selection menu?
Because the A-Slots are for autotile-Formats, and those tiles are formatted differently than the tiles for B to E slots.
The regular autotile has 64x96 pixels, but is displayed in the editor as a single 32x32 pixel tile.

Effectively Ace has six different tilesheet formats - each of the tilesheets for A1, A2, A3, A4 and A5 has a different format (and often a different size) than the tilesheets used for B to E slots.

Check the help file or export the A-sheets from the resource manager to see how they are created.

Okay, thanks.

I guess that makes this solved. :)

Couple hours of work. Might use in my game as a secret find or something. Not sure. Fancy though no? :D
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
How many parameters is 'too many'??
