How to make actor swing weapon when casting a skill/magic

Basically when Mage Casts Fire I want them to do this:

swing their weapon like they are normally attacking,

cast spell animation,

do everyother complicated thing that happens during a skill,

end their action.

(If the first two can occur at the same time that would be great.)

and I can't figure out how to do it, I'm using Yanfly's action sequences btw.

Have you looked at Yanfly's Battle Core script and its addons?

i've looked and watched the video on action sequences, got the general idea of how it should be done but still can't figure it out
