How to make an actor dont use an item

Hello there! i'm new here, i'm looking for a script or a method that makes a specific actor unable to use an healing item, does anybody know how can i do it?

'Scripts' is where people who have written a script they want to share with others can post it.

I was in the middle of moving this to Script Requests, but on re-reading your post, I think this can probably be done without the use of a script.

By putting the tag <!actors: x> in the item you want to restrict that actor from using, I think.
