I'm trying to create a hidden door event that will repeat every time the player touches the entrance with the necessary item in hand. I've got the basis of the even laid out just fine, but I can't figure out how to make the event recurring. I've looked at Looping/Variables/Switches and I can't seem to achieve the results I need.

What I want to happen: 

Player touches the logs with the Key Item (Thief's Note) in hand and it opens the secret passage to the new location. When player exits, the logs are replaced and the event is accessible again.Event page 1.PNGEvent page 2.PNG

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Hello! I would like to know if there are any pluggings or any way to customize how battles look?
I was thinking that when you start the battle for it to appear the eyes of your characters and opponents sorta like Ace Attorney.
