Hello! I've been trying to make a Yume Nikki fangame in RPG Maker 2003, and I've been having trouble with making scrolling backgrounds. I put an attachment of a picture which contains a example of a scrolling background within the game below.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!
Sidenote: I've heard some people refer to these as a "Parallax Background" as well if that matters.
