How to move text box marker?

I've been wondering this for a while now, is there a way to move the text box marker [this thing]


and move it to like the right so it looks more like this for example? [pretend the x is the marker]


Would really appreciate to know if it's possible.

I believe there are a couple of plugins that will do this for you. Not sure which ones though - I've never used them.

Galv had one too "Galv_MessageStyles", it has more, but you dont have to use all options.
alot the one above caethyril mentioned is something I dont know, but changing speed
is also nice to have (specially if it can render multiple ones like main actors, story npc's
etc and 1 for normal npc (blacsmith the hammer, alchemy a bottom of its kind)

but you can dive into it and see what fits
