You need to have the 2k3 editor open and select the folder containing the game from it's open function.

The games you want to open in any RM still need to have their project files to open them.

And a lot of people remove that file before distribution, exactly to prevent player to open and modify the game.

If that was done in the game you mention, only the original developer (with the file) can open it, no player.

For more help, you'll need to give us links to the software to check (and if it was done by the pirated RM2K3, the link will be removed and no support given).

I'm not sure what project files you are talking about. If you talk about "r3proj", it's just a convenience feature to create shortcuts or open projects directly in Windows Explorer. (There is no such feature in RM2k, by the way, only RM2k3.)

You can open any project (regardless of whether it has an r3proj file or not) by just using "Open Project" in the RPG Maker (after closing the currently opened project, if any). You have to click the "..." button and select the folder one level above the project's folder, and then the project will appear in the list. For example, if the project in question is stored under C:\ABC\DEF\GHI (so that the EXE file is then C:\ABC\DEF\GHI\RPG_RT.exe), you have to select the C:\ABC\DEF folder, and then the GHI folder will appear in the project list.

Couple hours of work. Might use in my game as a secret find or something. Not sure. Fancy though no? :D
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
