How to Place an event at my postion?

hi! I'm trying to make a event when a press a button an Object appears where i press a button and when i press it again i go to that position. but i cant seem to figure out how to call an event to my position does any one have ideas? Thanks!

save your map x and map y to two different variables via variable operations or control variables or how it is called there.
Then use change event location command and use the two variables as a reference for x and y.
