How to put spoiler tabs on forum post

Hey guys I just have a quick question, how do you put spoiler tabs on a forum post? ^_^

You have to type the code before and after the item you want inside the spoiler.  If I type it correctly now, you won't see the code, just the spoiler, so I am including the symbol #.  Type the following without the #

[#spoiler]

then whatever you want in here.

[#/spoiler]

That / indicates the end of whatever code you're using.
