Hi...
I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this, since it's not exactly a problem/issue that I'm having, but I couldn't find a good place to ask how-to questions... Sorry if I missed something and there is a dedicated place for it.
In my game, I use... the majority of the Yanfly Engine, as well as a few other plugins. STB battle system. I'm trying to make it so that if an actor or enemy switches rows, or uses a ranged weapon like a bow or crossbow from a melee row, a random member of the opposite side gets a chance to counterattack them. I'm not entirely sure how to go about it, though. Would a remove eval run if someone lost a state due to switching rows? Or would it be better to try with an action sequence, that when the techniques that allow you to switch rows are used, something in the action sequence calls for an opponent to attack? Is it even possible to force a counterattack from an opponent like this?
Sorry for the trouble. *bows deeply*
