How to setup an Active Turn Battle system?

So I've got pretty much all of Yanfly's scripts including the battle engine one, and I was wondering if there's a way I can make it so the battle system is ATB? I've seen a couple old videos on YouTube in older RPGMakers but I'm not quite sure how I should go about doing it since they are vague outdated. Preferably, I would also like the "bars" to fill up for the enemy as you're choosing your actions ala FFIV, but if that's not possible then I would just settle for the basic ATB. =)

This would require the use of plugins written in Javascript. Changing the battle system that dramatically is not a newbie friendly task.

Just beat the last of us 2 last night and starting jedi: fallen order right now, both use unreal engine & when I say i knew 80% of jedi's buttons right away because they were the same buttons as TLOU2 its ridiculous, even the same narrow hallway crawl and barely-made-it jump they do. Unreal Engine is just big budget RPG Maker the way they make games nearly identical at its core lol.
