how to sort skills by "Usable? / Unusable?"

for comportable using skills in battle skill window,
I want to sort (place order) skills
by use-able or not.

sorry my bad English
let me explain one more time.

if a skill can be used? -> bring it first order!
if a skill cannot be used? -> to the last order!

upon bringing up the data set with makeItemList(), add the instruction to sort the lot right after that.
