How to speed up the character in rm2k3?

Hello guys


I was recently making a game and then I noticed that when I put the sound event in the game,the speed of character slows down.


Is it a kind of bug?do someone know how to fix it?


I could have fixed it by putting many events of "increase character speed"


But I have tons of maps hence cant do that...


Please help me.....
