How to stop BGM when using a skill and continue the BGM after an effect from it ends?

Basically, I want to do something like this:

(In fight)
-Skill start
resolve effect (adds a state for 3 turns)
*BGM stops*
-Skill ends
-3 turns pass
*BGM continues*

For context, this is a time stop ability, that adds a paralyse state to everyone but the user for 3 turns

I don't know if I'm writing this post right because it's my first time writing a post. Feel free to correct me if I wrote something wrong.

tested and confirmed working.
Use Shaz State Commands script
add a state to the skill that will control the bgm
set your conditions on the state for autoremoval (3 turns)
and a note tag as follows (changing the number for the CE you want to use)
onadd: $game_temp.reserve_common_event(1)
onremove: $game_temp.reserve_common_event(2)

CE as follows
1. 1634354786125.png
2. 1634354806539.png
Set the variable to whatever variable you are going to use.
