Hello everyone :D

Not sure if I am the only one who stuck about this. I can't seem to find a way to use this waterfall tile.

It also comes with transparent background. I might need to use it with parallax image ?

BTW parallax images in MV are from the old version :/ I recognized them all haha

It appears to work with the tile directly to the left of it. So probably for use with a parallax.

I don't have Mv but try putting a water tile under it first maybe that way you won't have the parallax showing (no idea how layers work in Mv) but the tile itself doesn't seem to be an autotile.

This is correct. I made a 3x3 section using the tile directly to the left of the waterfall. Then placed the waterfall itself in the top middle tile.

The waterfall appears to flow off into nothingness, unless you add a parallax to the map.

Honestly, it seems like a weird tile to have on the tileset by default.

I think it's for "sky island" maps. It is pretty specific but there are a bunch of different cloud tiles on the world map set as well.

Noctiluca is correct.  'Waterfall' tiles on the world map tile set do not work like the waterfall tiles on the Outside set.  There is nothing wrong with the tile, it just has to be used for the specific purpose.  If you want an ordinary waterfall on your world map, you will have to edit the set with one from Outside., though it would probably be far too big, imo.

Do you want it all the way across the top?  You'll probably need to edit the image to make it use the full width of the tile and seamlessly join to other tiles beside it.

Hm, actually, if you take the half-tiles from both edges, the Outside waterfall looks GREAT on the world map. No sarcasm, it's just the right width to match the river and ocean tiles. You kind of need the cliffs from Outside_A4 or A5, but I was already using those on my world map anyway. Since I do want waterfalls that don't go into an abyss of nowhere on my world map, this tip helped a lot.

Just beat the last of us 2 last night and starting jedi: fallen order right now, both use unreal engine & when I say i knew 80% of jedi's buttons right away because they were the same buttons as TLOU2 its ridiculous, even the same narrow hallway crawl and barely-made-it jump they do. Unreal Engine is just big budget RPG Maker the way they make games nearly identical at its core lol.
Can someone recommend some fun story-heavy RPGs to me? Coming up with good gameplay is a nightmare! I was thinking of making some gameplay platforming-based, but that doesn't work well in RPG form*. I also was thinking of removing battles, but that would be too much like OneShot. I don't even know how to make good puzzles!
one bad plugin combo later and one of my followers is moonwalking off the screen on his own... I didn't even more yet on the new map lol.
time for a new avatar :)
