Hello, good morning, how are you?
Well first of all I appreciate the attention of everyone here and I hope they can help me I'm still a newbie and I still have a lot to learn.
I would like to know how I can create unique and unique skills from various series game characters like Final Fantasy's, Tales of's and etc.
Well what I come here is this.
I'm doing a project, and my project has some characters, but I do not know how to create the skills let alone the animations for them.
I just did the description of how it would be more or less the blows and I would like to know if through it it is possible to do something, if someone can help me I am grateful if no one can all well I thank, follows below the list of the scams that I need.
List of techniques / skills and animations:
List of blows of the protagonist:
Flames: A small flame is thrown at the enemy.
Pillar of fire: A pillar of fire appears beneath the enemy.
Pillars of fire: Several pillars of fire against the enemies.
Super chmas: several flames are thrown at the enemies.
It flew from the fenix: A blow that releases that resembles a fenix is a direct attack of flames straight.
Fist of Fire: An attack that releases some small flames in the direction of your opponent.
Flutter of flames: it wraps its fists in flames, just as in the fist of fire, but instead of striking the opponent, this time swirling flames on the enemy.
Fire Blast: Creating a gigantic sphere of explosive fire and shoot the big sphere against the enemy.
Supernova: Creates a huge ball of fire that explodes when it hits the enemy.
Fire Tempest: Cut your enemy three times before loading your sword with a flame and plunging toward the target. He then executes a slash at the enemy and ends with an uppercut powered by flames.
Divine Wrath: Raises the left arm forward, and a flame appears in his hand, imbuing it with fire. He starts punching his enemy with his burning hand, pushing it back into the process. Then he holds his sheathed sword, a red aura emanating from him. He attacks the enemy and cuts him, reading several hits right after the contact.

List of blows of Valikyria:
Blitz Strike: An onslaught attack with your spear.
Whirling Blossom: An onslaught attack that sometimes paralyzes your enemies.
Treble Strike: Attacking with the spear diagonally to the right and conjuring a small whirlpool along the path of the attack.
Dragon Floret: An attack that when turning its spear causes a whirlwind towards the enemy.
Serpent Snare: A blow that causes the user to shoot his spear at the opponent.
Moonlight Swallow: First draws his spear through his enemy, then leaps into the air and executes two back turns, with the first turn emitting a yellow light and the second emitting green.
Blazing Stars: A continuous attack attacking five times without stopping the enemy.
Earth Rave: A powerful attack that uses after you use your spear, takes a stone and throws it against the opponent.
Sparrow Jive: The user cuts his spear upwards, followed by a full, clockwise rotation of the weapon that conjures a circular swirl over the enemy.
Sea Serpent: The user swings slightly into the air as you turn and turn the boom clockwise looking like the spinning of the sea dragon.
Elemental Clash: First a diagonal slope to the left that evokes frost and small ice formations on the ground around the enemy.
Rending Strike: Simply throw your opponent in the air immediately with a small spin, followed by a short series of impulses that create the effect of a spiral of light, pushing the enemy back without knocking him down with the final strike.
Azure Apocalypse: Attacks the opponent and makes him rise in the air and attacks him many times in a row and from all possible sides.

Archer's hit list:
Piercing Line: The character retreats in his bow and releases a strong projectile.
Storm Edge: Retreats into your bow and releases a concentrated flow of arrows in one direction.
Aerial Laser: When executing the move, the user spins around, surrounded by blinking energy, before hitting the enemy in the air and firing, similar to Rending Strike.
Voltaic Line: the user releases an inflated-inflated projectile capable of piercing its target and hitting other enemies behind it.
Blast Edge: is used, the user recovers in his bow and concentrates the ray at the end of the arrow. The user then releases a group of fan-shaped, ray-covered arrows.
Astral Laser: The user will knock down the enemy in the air with his weapon, similar to the Aerial Laser, before ending with a charged blast, shot upward, which creates a small beam of light at an angle towards the enemy.
Star Stroke: Jump in the air and shoot several arrows at the ground at an angle.
Star Embrace: The user fires a series of arrows into the air, bowing in a similar fashion to the rainbow before it rains on the enemy.
Quake Stroke: The user jumps into the air and fires a set of arrows at the enemy, which hit Earth and trigger a powerful earthquake.
Blue Embrace: The user will fire an arrow in the sky, similar to Star Embrace, instead summoning an onslaught of ice sheets that rain on the enemy.
Astral Rain: The user brings a glyph under the enemy or targeted enemies, then pulls an arrow from his quiver as a bright light appears on the tip. Finally, the user fires the arrow in the sky and an infinity of rays of light give all the targets in the reach before a final pillar of light damages the targets inside the glyph.
Noble Roar: The user summons several orbs of light, then directs them forward, where they surround and hit the target several times. The movement ends with a single charged arrow being thrown like a laser at the enemy, creating a sphere that explodes.

List of monk blows:
Fate: Hit the target with your left elbow.
Verdict: with the left fist, casting a purple ball around the target, or step to the side while striking his target with his hand in that direction.
Eleventh Hour: Treads in the air, then breaks his right fist on the enemy, causing a land to explode after impact with the ground.
Winter Winds: Collect energy and then perform a powerful punch with your right hand.
Clear Path: performs a powerful blow down with the left fist that delivers two hits.
Last Throes: Creates a multitude of formless blades to appear around the enemy and cut into them, this blow drains the user's vitality.
Hell Gate: directed from the circular movement to a straight line through the punch, where it is sent directly at the target.
Dragon Dive: He executes a dive kick towards the current target that crushes him.
Perfect Upper: Before advancing toward your enemy suddenly and striking them with a flurry of punches, ending his assault with a punch up that throws them away.
Howling Dragon: Jump up and dive into the skies and drag your enemy down.

If someone knows and can help me I will be very grateful, I am not very good at these things and so I do not know if someone can help me I will be very grateful, clear and logical that I will give you all possible credits, good I'm going to wait and thank you once more for the attention of everyone and I look forward to answers if you take care of yourself and even more.

And once again thank you for your attention and have a great day and see you again.

And finally sorry if my English was very horrible and difficult to understand, but I hope someone can really help me.
Note: Sorry if I'm posting in the wrong area, but if anyone can help me I appreciate it.

If you are using RMMV (you posted in the MV support area) then do the following.

Here is what you will need.

A plugin for controlling animations, at least for the complicated ones like Moonlight Swallow.
And a tutorial on how to do it.
Your request is very large and difficult, but the following plugins should be able to do it.

MAKE CERTAIN TO HAVE THEM IN THIS ORDER.
http://yanfly.moe/2015/10/10/yep-3-battle-engine-core/
http://yanfly.moe/2015/10/11/yep-4-action-sequence-pack-1/
http://yanfly.moe/2015/10/12/yep-5-action-sequence-pack-2/
http://yanfly.moe/2015/10/12/yep-6-action-sequence-pack-3/

And here is how to use them.

That guide should tell you how to do it and how to make a lot of skills. Also you will need a lot of battle animations. If you are okay with paying a bit of money...
or the version here.

But I think that it would be best for you to leave off on making such complex skills until you get better at the engine. And remember, if you not using MV, do not follow this guide, it is for MV.

My project is being done in MV, but I can not create the skills, because I do not know how to edit and etc, I tried but it did not work and it was bugged.
I tried to do the skills myself, but I could not, so I decided to swallow my ego and ask for help this time, something I've never done before.
Of course unfortunately I never finished a game because it ends up having a problem in one part and did not know how to ask for help, and gave up.
But I know that what I asked for is a lot of things, but if someone is willing to help me, even in their spare time, or when I have time, I thank them, I will not demand or have someone do for me everything that I can and the maximum that you can
Well that's thanks and sorry to bother.
I tried to use these tutorials from the Yanfly site, but I ended up getting lost and getting confused, after all I am very bad with English.
I have to use the dictionary to translate what I do not know in English.

Couple hours of work. Might use in my game as a secret find or something. Not sure. Fancy though no? :D
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
How many parameters is 'too many'??
