HP/MP Damage from choices

Hi there, I'm looking a method be it event or script command to take damage from a choice outside of battle.


My reason behind this is to limit the player's actions every day.


More specifically, I want Actor 1 to lose 100MP (not his MAX MP) from his choice in a conversation.


What I would also like to do is have a conditional branch gauge off my HP or MP.


E.g. Condition = Current (Not MAX) HP is over 100.


Else it fails.

Explain what you mean by choices.  How does an actor use a skill in a conversation?

Easily doable through events - "Change MP" and "Change HP" are on page 1 of the events set.

I can't believe I missed that hahahahaha tyvm


Now I just need to figure out how to match current HP to a conditional branch (not MAX HP)

Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
