Humaniod form for J_Monster 1-7

I need a humaniod sprite for the face named J_Monster 1-7 in the Samurai pack. I don't want a revealing kind of sprite (or one that is wearing barely anything), I want a sprite that has a pink Japanese/chinese-like tanktop style dress with no shoes and is close to the what the face set picture details as possible (I am a bit OCD about accuracy).

It is? Oh darn, it is. Derpyrebound, you can't post paid resources, even for reference. You'll have to just explain which resource your using and hope a helpful artist has the pack you want edited. Then they have to PM you the result so that they're not breaking the UELA either.

Is there anyone who can help me who can make is and PM it so it's not illegal [Don't arrest me, I'm just a kid]? I can't sprite to save my life and I was told that someone here could help make it.

Go ahead and edit your first post so that people don't have to read the whole thread to find out which face you want edited.  It'll probably help.  BTW, are you asking for an edit of the face or are you asking for a sprite?  Your post isn't very clear.

I am trying to ask for someone to make a sprite for the face. For some reason my requests are never as clear as I like them to be. I will edit the a bit.

Um, no, not specifically.  Just be patient, I think this one has a pretty good chance of getting done.  To help those who don't have the samurai pack you could describe her.

She has very long and thick hot pink hair with two thick strands in the front each held pony tail style in the middle by a gold band. She also has long bangs that come half way in front of her eyes and divide into three sections in the front of her face. Her eyebrows are pink as well. Her eyes are a golden color. She is also wearing a pink v-neck from what is shown. I want her to wear a v-neck tanktop dress with a white collar (not a cat collar, the ones that you find on shirts and dress).
