Humble Bundle RPG Maker Software

I already owned MV, ACE etc - but I chose to pay $50 to show support and with high expectations of the "RPG Maker MV Starter Pack" DLC due to the number of included packs.

I could give your new copy of MV a home if needed lol. I will raise my hand and say I too got teh $15 bundle, it was gifted to me after someone found me drooling over it.

Its a pity it only came with the Ace version of Pop Horror, so much resizing to do for my MV game. Also it should be clearly stated so people know what version they are purchasing in the bundle.

Being new, why did you need to resize? I was posting about that same DLC, to me the characters looked a lot bigger than the surroundings, but I was informed it was supposed to be like that.

It's because MV has a different base tile size than Ace; 48x48 instead of 32x32. So instead of the pixels being doubled they have to be tripled. This only works for pixel art packs where the tiles have an original tile size of 16x16. If it's a pixel art pack with a tile size of 32x32 like Pixel Myth and Nightmare Land then you can't cleanly resize it to MV's tile size. Any of the non-pixel art packs can be resized with more freedom, but the end result will probably look fuzzy in comparison to tiles made for MV.

You should warn people that if they buy the steam version of rpg maker, they wont be able to use it on any computers that dont have steam installed and wont get the standalone

If you guys already own the VX Ace version, I'll take it! I tried to buy the bundle when I found out it was available only to find out that debit cards deactivate when they aren't used for 6 months, rip. Couldn't reactivate in time

I´m kind of using a steam version of Ace for my IGMC entry... Does this mean that people who don´t have Steam installed can´t play it later when I upload it?!a

I kinda wondering why they didn't decided to give out both steam and non-steam version of MV despite the code should have been usable on standalone, unless if I am wrong since previous software related bundle also give out non-steam version license code as well.

I saw some people are kind enough to give out keys they already have, I have been interested in making games with RPG Maker for a while but don't have the budget. I barely missed the deadline and if anyone has keys they won't use for any version I would greatly appreciate it.

I have all the maker software I want, but the DLC would have made it worth getting.
