Could be. I'm using the steam version btw. I'll test in a different computer tommorow. This can't be that 'Authorization' problem of window, right?
I saw similar thing to this(although it's completely different program) happens when editor's are can't modifying files due to the authorize problem.
Yes. The problem seems to be at the program itself.Did you try creating a completly new project and see if the problem is there too?
This might be the problem. Thanks man. Anyway I can fix this? There are some related issues in the Bug Report thread. I would suggest posting this there, as while the already posted issues are similar, they are not the same. Just as a question, are you using both an English version of MV and of Windows? These problems seem to be limited to people using other versions of Windows so far (one user suggested possibly due to the difference in punctuation in numbers, such as 1,00 instead of 1.00 causing the problems).

WHERE did you create your new projects?Yes. The problem seems to be at the program itself.
The default. (My document)Here in Germany we're using 1,00 and I can change the values without problems WHERE did you create your new projects? In the default user path, or did you change it to one of the \program files\ paths?Because if you create the project in a restricted folder, the editor will not be able to update/save new data.
I have exact problem as this guy. I'm Thai, too.I am Thai, and found the problem same as jetsada.s, also use Thailand region in windows settings.
Moreover, I also found that ALL OF numeric inputs in the program cannot use, such as in Sound Test, Initial Level and Max Level in Actors database, MP Cost, TP Cost and variance in Skill Databse, and so on.

Not because of the , and . (as I said above we have the same problem here in Germany and it works for me), but it might be the name of the folder path if you have a different alphabet and use your own language spelling for the user name.Alright, seems I have exactly the same problem as jetsuada's and Splendith in the bug report forum. (I'm using the Thai version of window like them) The "," and "." get mixing up might be the problem. How do I fix this?
Sorry for db posting. I'm just desperate right now. I'll try this. Thanks.Drago9, please avoid double posting, as it is against the forum rules. You can review our forum rules here. Thanks, Splendith. Apparently it only happens to Thai user because we have our own number in the standard number setting. AKA "๐๑๒๓๔๕๖๗๘๙".OK. I can solve this problem
If numeric inputs in the program cannot use in RPG Maker MV.
In Windows. Go to Region (or Region and Language).
In Formats tab click Additional settings...
and then change Standard digits: to 0123456789. Click OK.
Open RPG Maker MV and try to use numeric input. It should work fine.
I think the reason is the numeric input in RPG Maker MV cannot accept any characters except 0-9.
For example, in Thai, use ๐๑๒๓๔๕๖๗๘๙ instead of 0123456789, etc.
