I can't create a new project

Good afternoon

I can install RPG Maker XP. I can start the application.
But I can't create a new project.
When I try to create a new project, I see a text : "Failed creating folder"
Why ? What is the right thing to do ?

J'arrive à installer RPG Maker XP et à lancer le programme.
Mais je n'arrive pas à créer un nouveau projet.

Check this thread out. I am guessing is the same problem as yours.

You need to change the folder where the projects are created.
The original default folder is one that became restricted in later Windows versions.
