I don't have all the basic resources?

I was recently gifted a copy of RPG Maker VX Ace for Steam and, as I was working on a game this morning, I kept running into a error while playtesting: "Unable to find file: Graphics/Characters/People1"

Is there a place I can download the Resources to fix this or is there a way I can work around this issue?

This is my second game I've worked on and It's my biggest so far, so all help is welcome.

Click the 'Download' tab at the top right of this page, select Run time Packages, select VXAce, and it's all there.

The RTP (which that is part of) should have been completely installed by Steam automatically.
It might be that there was a corrupted internet transfer or something like that.


You can try ksjp17's suggestion of manually installing the RTP, but if there was a broken transfer and that transfer damaged other components of Ace, you might have to reinstall from Steam to get everything working correctly.
