Hey so i am new to RPG Maker VX Ace and i was questioning myself can i make a game without using the skliss item as shown in the video??? Please help me this would help me a lot.

Is "skliss" a typo for "skills"?  If it is, could you expand a bit on what your query is?

If you mean, to make a game that doesn't use any skills (as set up in the skills tab in the database) - absolutely! It would be a story driven game, either without battles, or with a different type of battle that doesn't rely on skills (a custom battle system, which would either require you to event your battles or to have a new script written).

I mean the video on the homepage and i was thinking of making a horror like the crooked man but then its called ''facility 19''(yes it has been copyrighted)

Cause that is just a story game and when you said about a new script is that gonna take much work cause i am not good at scripting.

You can make stories in RPG Maker, it's very easy to not use anything battle/RPG related.

Read my post again. I only said a script would be needed IF you wanted to have battles AND you didn't want them evented. If you don't want battles at all, then no scripts are needed.

You can easily delete the skills and classes in the database so they are no longer an aspect of the game. Every new project will re-fill these default skills and classes but you never have to use them. In fact, you don't even have to allow the player to have access to the in-game menu if it would get in the way of your story game. There's an option on Tab 3 of the Commands menu under the heading of 'System Settings' that is called Change Menu Access- that means your players won't see their stats, equips, level, items, etc. so keep that in mind before you do that. But you can always make every item a "Key Item" and rely heavily on the Select Key Item command on Tab 1 (it brings up a list of the items marked [key item] to choose from).

If you wanted battles, you would still need at least an Attack skill so they can do some damage- it's always the very first skill so as long as you keep that one and default all the weapons to it, you should be fine. But if you want different characters to have different weapons and different attack animations, you would want to use skills. However, if no battles are in the game at all then there is no need for the skills.

Or just leave them there, and don't use them.
