Edit: Sorry, I misread your post.

I do know that some games have been ported to Switch and possibly others. But, if you mean if RPG Maker MV is coming to consoles, then yes; February 2019 to which I would assume that games made on those platforms would be able to be ported easier, but I am not certain 100% if that is the case. I can only speculate that.

what I am basically asking is if there will be a day that we can use rpg maker to make games for linux, and mac and windows 10, and playstation 4, and xbox one, and nintendo switch... :)

That's not what you asked ;)

And the answer is probably not - at least not in the near future. There are two versions that will make games for all of those platforms between them, and it would not be easy to combine them (if it was, they would have done it instead of making separate versions).

'General Discussion' is for looking at aspects of making games, not the resources we might use to make them.

Yay, now back in action Happy Christmas time, coming back!

Back in action to develop the indie game that has been long overdue... Final Fallacy. A game that keeps on giving! The development never ends as the developer thinks to be the smart cookie by coming back and beginning by saying... "Oh bother, this indie game has been long overdue..." How could one resist such? No-one c
So I was playing with filters and this looked interesting...

Versus the normal look...

Kind of gives a very different feel. :LZSexcite:
To whom ever person or persons who re-did the DS/DS+ asset packs for MV (as in, they are all 48x48, and not just x2 the pixel scale) .... THANK-YOU!!!!!!!!! XwwwwX
