I want to introduce myself by thanking all of you for the amazing amount of tutorials, documentation and videos I've already found within these forums.
I'm a week into MV, and am seriously hooked. I've messed around with twine a little, and have made electronic music for years (on hardware, not software), but otherwise I have little experience with programming, game-making, and computers in general. My day job is writing novels, but since tenth grade---when I spent all year programming a sweet interactive novel into my ti-83, but erased it during my math final by hastily pulling out the batteries---I've been dreaming of making my own games. This program is difficult for me at present, but I think I get it. It's going to take some work learning it, but I feel the happiness of future action.
I'm mostly interested in using this medium for story-telling. I've been discontent with the limitations of the novel for a while now, and am eager to explore everything I can do through rpgmaker!

Hello! I would like to know if there are any pluggings or any way to customize how battles look?
I was thinking that when you start the battle for it to appear the eyes of your characters and opponents sorta like Ace Attorney.
Sadly I don't know how that would be possible so I would be needing help! If you can help me in any way I would really apreciate it!
