Where I'm from, getting your license at 16 is "the standard".

I see... well most normal families here doesn't have a car so there's not really a standard age...

I'm from a super big city so if you didn't have a car, you weren't going anywhere.
The closest game shop to me was in the actual city (I was from more a suburb of the city but still classified as being a part of it?) was about 20 miles away. My family typically couldn't afford to keep a car running so I was always horribly behind on video games. I don't think I played Final Fantasy VII until I was 14 (about 7 years after it came out XD)

i failed my writen test twice cause i thought i was a badass and knew everything xD
