I read this: https://forums.rpgmakerweb.com/inde...enses-edits-and-guidelines-please-read.65654/ but my english is pretty bad and I just want to be sure that I'm not doing something that I should not. I bought all POP! resources, but I want to modify some of them and use them in a rpg maker mv project that I'd like to destribute for a fee. If in the game I credit Vexed and I say that some tilesets are modified by me but the original is made by Vexed, can I destribute it?
you can edit when you bought it, but NOT sell or re-distrubute but only use it in YOUR RPG maker. you can still sell the game, but the resourches CANNOT on it own.
So I can sell my game with the resources and modified resources on it, but I can't sell or re-destribute them separately?
That's right. You have a licence to use them in making your games in MV. You do not have a licence to sell or redistribute the assets separately.
just as a reminder: the EULA of the DLC (of all shop DLC) also requires you to encrypt your game before distributing (both free and commercial) exactly so that it can't be used to get the DLC from that game.
