Im new to RPG Maker , so maybe Im missing somthing really obvious but , I Downloaded the resource pack for RPG Maker MV and I moved all the files into the main RPG Maker folder. However in doing this i seemed to have lost access or somthing to my tiles. The images for them dont appear. If I hover over the tile I get a name and ID# but no image . IF anyone knows a remedy to fix this issue it would be greatly appreciated. TY.

What folder do you mean, exactly?

For more context on the screenshot you showed, please add 2 more screenshots:
1.) Right-click the map name and open up the edit menu for that map. Let's see which tileset is assigned to that map
2.) Open the Database and go to the Tilesets section. Let's see the settings on the tileset from 1.)

The files for a project need to be in the project directory, NOT in the RM-directory.
Creating a new project copies the files from a default project in the program directory to the new project, after that the files in the program directory will be ignored.
When adding DLC, you usually download the files into whatever archive you personally create somewhere on your computer (and that somewhere should again NOT be the program directory), and then you copy only those parts of the download you really need into the project where you need them. Otherwise all your projects would always mix fantasy, SF, modern and other in different styles into every project...

That said, to help you now we would have to know what you copied or moved where to decide how to repair both your project and your editor.

Heres acouple screen shots. what i had done was copy each resource name into the folder that already shared that name , so characters into characters , battle backs to battlebacks ect. this was mainly done in the images folder that was already in rpgmv . However for the tilesets i couldnt find a tiles folder in images , so i made a new folder named tilesets2 and pasted it in images. and after pasting everything over , i went back to RPG maker and my tiles dissapeared. i tried removing the tileset2 folder with all the new tilesets , but i guess the damage was already done? cuz they are still gone.

So if I understand you correctly, when you go to the img folder of your game, you say that this folder is missing?

Just create a new project and copy-paste the tilesets folder from that one to you actual project. Assuming you never made any edits to the tilesets, the project should be back to normal.

Back in action to develop the indie game that has been long overdue... Final Fallacy. A game that keeps on giving! The development never ends as the developer thinks to be the smart cookie by coming back and beginning by saying... "Oh bother, this indie game has been long overdue..." How could one resist such? To whom ever person or persons who re-did the DS/DS+ asset packs for MV (as in, they are all 48x48, and not just x2 the pixel scale) .... THANK-YOU!!!!!!!!! XwwwwX
